Graphite

High purity graphite possesses high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, good resistance to high temperature and oxidation, low specific electric resistance, good anticorrosion and ease of precise machining. It also has a property of low impurities.

Reinforced Flexible Graphite Sheets is formed by mechanically pressed or perforated flexible graphite sheets with one or two layer(s) of metal foil. It possesses good compressibility and elastic rate, good sealing property for microscopic surface and long working life.

 Main types:

Reinforced flexible graphite sheet with perforated  SS304/SS316 foil

Reinforced flexible graphite sheet with flat SS304/ SS316 foil

Composite sheets with metal wire mesh insterted

Reinforced flexible graphite sheet with perforated carbon steel

Reinforced graphite sheet with non-metallic fiber inserted.

 Working temperature: -200 ~ 850

Flexible Graphite Sheet/Roll is made from expanding Expandable Graphite under high temperature and then rolling. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good elasticity.
With this as raw material, our company produces reinforced graphite sheet, spiral wound gasket, flexible graphite packing ring, and reinforced graphite gasket.
